The Study for Predict of GMFM Scores according GMFCS Grade in Children with Cerebral Palsy over 7 Years Old

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to confinn change of GMFM scores according GMFCS over rs in children with cerebralsy. This study was designed to make the treatment the plan to physical therapist according over ages in children with cerebra1 palsy and to help their parents to infonn about predictable change of their .children.

Methods: 101 children who was treated to 30. Jan. 2014 from 1. Mar. 2010 and diagnosed in cerebral palsy, and more than 7 years old participated this study and data were colIected GMFM scores and GMFCS from expertise physica1 therapist total 8 times at once for sIx month. The participation were devided subtype of 38 diplegia, 20 hemiplegia, 29 quadriplegia, 10 athetoid 3 at ia 1 hypotonia. We perfonned Repeated one way ANOVA and paired t-test in order to verify change of GMFM scores according over time and to confrrm the difference of GMFM scoresbetween pre and post according GMFCS grade using by SPSS ver 20. O.

Results: There was significantly change of GMFM score according GMFCS grade in case of children over 7 ye s old and there was significantly difference of GMFM scores between pre and post of measurement(p<.05).

Conclusion: We suggest that GMFM score interacted with GMFCS grade and we could see changes of GMFM scores more than 7 years old children with cerebra1 palsy.
